Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I help contemplative organizations, entrepreneurs, and sojourners materialize their visions for social healing.

About Me

Tiffany Curtis Weeks (they/she)

I am a 16+ year interdisciplinary community designer, facilitator, and former youth worker based in Lenapehoking (New York City). I have created dialogic programs for social justice and leadership development that have reached over 22,000 people worldwide — from the United States to East Africa, spanning media and nonprofit sectors. Years ago, at a time when I yearned to feel a deeper spiritual resonance in my work, I followed that longing to create Indwell Collaborative, a culture design studio dedicated to social healing. I now distill my “wearing many hats” cultivated through nonprofit and entrepreneurial experiences as a partner for those who also desire to create futures for social healing.

I believe we are called to be in these times together. In this kinship movement, I hope that we can bend the constructs of time so that we might reimagine the systems, processes, and productions we materialize for the benefit of all beings.

Consulting Partnerships

  • Team retreats and convenings to create holistic strategic plans that invite values, missions, and theories of change into practice.

Community wellness gatherings to support the well-being of teams, institutions, and convenings.

  • Design of internal organizational infrastructure and workflow processes to align with the unique voice, expression, and essence of your business.

  • Facilitation and design of people-centered programs (i.e. - community management, participatory grantmaking, communities of practice) to cultivate collective wisdom for social healing.

Program support (in-person and online) through pre- and post-production logistics to make place and future possible.

  • “You bring in EVERYTHING to spaces. Body, mind, heart, soul, the wisdom of your teachers, mentors and ancestors, and the wisdom of the participants' teachers, mentors and ancestors. That creates a place of magic and wonder where we can do what seems to be impossible.“

—Kevin Kahakula’akea John Fong, Founder and Principal of Kahakulei Institute

  • “Working with Tiffany is such a deep pleasure and an ongoing honor. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, but what stands out most to me is her ability to see between the lines. To feel into the emotions, longings, and spirit of the work we’re creating together. There’s something both thoughtful and intuitive about the way she moves...like she’s not just listening to what’s being said, but also to what’s underneath it. It’s rare to find someone who can connect so clearly with the soul of a project, but that’s exactly what Tiffany does. And it’s such a gift.”

—Toi Smith, Founder of Loving Black Single Mothers

  • “Tiffany is a treasure, and meeting her somehow felt like seeing an old friend…Immediately upon meeting Tiffany and starting our collaboration with Indwell at the design meetings for our annual conference, I felt a spark of passion and motivation that carried me through the experience and helped me tap into a part of myself I had been neglecting in my work. The design meetings were highly collaborative, affirming, and motivating.”

    — Dallas LaCross, Membership Coordinator of American Association of Birth Centers

  • "My company is driven by feeling and collective healing. Tiffany saw these qualities in us while projecting a bountiful growth for us. Through mindful listening, creative partnering, and consolidation of data, Tiffany has elevated our business from a reactive mode business to proactive mode business. Mindful listening is what illuminates best, they listen to my heart based ideas and dreams and then partners with me to identify scope and solutions that feel best for the business and the integrity of the practices we uphold."

    — Kiesha Battles, Yoga Director of I Am Yoga CLT
