Liberation is in the body, so that is where my work is.

After a beautiful 14+ year career in social change design, facilitation, and management, I am releasing this work to walk devotedly along a new path. My liberation medicine to offer is in the body.

As I sunset Indwell’s iteration as a consulting company, I will continue consulting seasonally with my beloveds at Kahakulei Institute and Global & Collective and sharing my offerings through MINKA Brooklyn. In the meantime, I am weaving together the many messages I have received from Spirit Divine as a new shape emerges through me. I am attuning to the calls and will share more by Summer 2024.
