About Me

Tiffany Curtis Weeks (they/she)

I am an interdisciplinary community designer, facilitator, and former youth worker based in Lenapehoking (New York City). For over 16 years, I have created dialogic programs for social justice and leadership development that have reached over 22,000 people worldwide—from the United States to East Africa, spanning the media and nonprofit sectors.

Years ago, yearning for a deeper spiritual resonance in my work, I followed that longing to create Indwell Collaborative, a culture design studio dedicated to actualizing community experiences for social and ecological healing. As a Cultural Strategist with a passion for crafting environments where hospitality and operational synergy intersect, my hope is for communities to feel seen, supported, and connected—to each other and the more-than-human world.

My work is inseparable from my Liberian-American identity and contemplative path. I believe we are called to be in these times together. In this kinship movement, I hope that we can bend the constructs of time so that we might reimagine the systems, processes, and productions we materialize for the benefit of all beings.
