About Me

Tiffany Curtis Weeks (they/she)

I am an interdisciplinary designer, facilitator, and coach rooted in Lenapehoking (New York City). As a daughter of Liberia, my work is to weave traditions for social-ecological healing. 

Over 16 years, I have designed and organized participatory programs for justice and leadership development that have reached more than 22,000 people across the United States and East Africa, spanning media, nonprofit, and foundation sectors. Years ago, moving through thresholds of grief and yearning for a deeper spiritual resonance in my work, I followed that longing to create Indwell Collaborative, a culture design studio dedicated to creating the conditions for liberation to emerge.  

I partner with cultural and contemplative organizations, entrepreneurs, and seekers to actualize shared visions for liberation — building from a belief that we belong to each other. In this movement toward each other, I hope that we can bend the constructs of time so that we might reimagine the programs, processes, and convenings we materialize for the benefit of all beings.
